Step 1: Remove the four screws from the fan’s frame and open it.
Step 2: Disconnect the two wires connected to the motor and the rain sensor.
Step 3: Disconnect the wire connected to the lift motor.
Step 4: Remove the five screws from the motherboard.
Step 5: Put the new circuit board/motherboard in position and secure it with the five screws again.
Step 6: Connect the motor, rain sensor, and lift motor wires to the circuit board.
Step 7: Secure the fan’s frame by tightening the four screws.
