Common Reasons for Returns
We always aim to provide a great experience for every customer. However, returns can occasionally occur due to the following reasons:
Reason 1: Vent Opening Size – The existing vent opening in the RV is smaller than our fan size, and the customer prefers not to modify the opening. → Our vent fan fits about 14 3/16" x 14 3/16" (360mm x 360mm) opening, and this opening is slightly larger than standard 14" x 14" (356mm x 356mm) size.
Reason 2: Trim Size Requirement – Some customers need a larger trim to fit their installation but are unsure how to request. → Our default trim size is in 2.7", if you need larger one, email [email protected].
Reason 3: First-Time Setup or Operation – Occasionally, customers face difficulties operating the fan for the first time or assume there’s an issue before becoming familiar with the controls(in fact, the fan is in good condition).
Reason 4: Customers do not want anymore upon receiving.
Reason 5: Delivery Delays – FBA shipments may sometimes take longer than expected to arrive.
Reason 6: Low RV Power Voltage – An unstable or aging RV power system may provide insufficient voltage (below 12V), preventing the fan from functioning properly. → No worries, just adding a power stabilizer is fine, and our ultimate RV vent fan is compatible with wide range DC 7–24V already.

These second fans are returned items that may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as tape marks or glue residue, but they are fully functional after cleaning.
