✅ Step 1: Test the Remote Control
Press the "Lid Up" or "Lid Down" button on the remote.
If the lid can open or close using the remote, the issue might be that the remote's infrared signal is not aligned properly with the rv fan's sensor.Please make sure to point the remote directly at the fan when using it.
❌ If the Lid Does Not Respond to the Remote, proceed with further checks.
✅ Step 2: Try the Fan Panel Buttons
Use the "Lid Open" or "Lid Close" buttons on the fan's control panel.
– If the panel buttons can open or close the lid, then it's likely the remote control is faulty.
– If the panel buttons fail to open the lid, the issue may be related to the motherboard or electric lift motor, pls continue to step 3 with further checks.✅ Step 3: Use the Manual Knob to Open the Lid
Try turning the manual lift knob on the fan to open the lid manually:
– If the lid opens manually, the issue is likely with the motherboard.
– If the lid cannot be opened manually, the issue is likely with the electric lift motor.🛡️Within the 3-year warranty period, we offer a free motor replacement upon request.
